Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), Zaim Tasarım, as the data controller, processes your personal data lawfully and fairly, for purposes limited to providing information about our projects and managing quotation and communication processes, and only to the extent relevant to those purposes.

The name, email, phone and message you share in the contact form are processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK — namely that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and the legitimate interests of the data controller. Where required by law, they may be shared with authorised public institutions.

You can submit requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK to the email address on our contact page. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
